"I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel in Barra de São Miguel. The location is perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. Dining was a treat, with delicious local dishes. The infinity pool and spa were great for relaxation. This hotel offers everything for a perfect luxury getaway, and I highly recommend it. "

"O quarto standart é uma espécie de porrão. Cheira mofo, tem goteiras em dias de chuva, muito pernilongo, chuveiro sujo e velho, decoração horrível.
A piscina é suja, com água esverdeada. As fotos não condizem com a realidade.
Não sei como a Expidea tem coragem de publicar um quadro desse na sua plataforma."

"Hotel muito bom, funcionários muito prestativos, nos colocaram a principio num quarto quádruplo pedimos para trocar por um de casal e foram super cordiais trocaram numa boa. Mas infelizmente no nosso segundo dia de café da manhã tivemos uma decepção, horário era das 7 as 9h chegamos as 8:15 e não tinha mais pão e que não teria mais, fruta acabou, suco também. Não se prepararam para um número alto de hóspedes. É inadmissível acontecer isso num hotel."

"We had a lovely stay! The staff is exceptional, the view and property amazing, and the pool is so nice. Breakfast was included and was delicious, and we had several dinners there, all quite good. Our room was very comfortable, we loved the private back porch with gorgeous views overlooking the marina and beach. "

"Estadia de uma noite. Atendimento ruim. A atendente nada simpática na chegada.
Na saída, a mesma atendente estava tomando café da manhã com duas servidoras do hotel no salão do café da manhã.
Meu marido chegou antes das 10h para tomar café da manhã. Que vai até 10h aos domingos. A atendente e as duas funcionárias estavam na cozinha e não perguntaram se ele queria nada.
Eu cheguei às 10h e pedi um ovo. Elas já estavam sentadas comendo ovos, tapioca… e atendente disse que a cozinha já...

"O Kenoa Beach Resort impressiona pelo atendimento impecável e pela dedicação da equipe, sempre atenta em oferecer conforto e acolhimento. A gastronomia é outro grande destaque: pratos sofisticados, muito bem preparados e que tornam cada refeição memorável.
Porém, alguns aspectos podem melhorar. O café da manhã à la carte carece de mais variedade, qualidade e agilidade no serviço, que logo no seu início tem poucos funcionários no atendimento - aparentemente o reforço deve chegar as 9h00. As instalações apresentam sinais de desgaste pela ação do tempo e da maresia, reduzindo a sensação de exclusividade. Não se pode confundir o estilo rústico com degradado pelo tempo. A presença de crianças pequenas, muitas vezes com tablets em alto volume durante as refeições, também compromete o clima de paz e relaxamento que o hotel se propõe a oferecer. Além disso, nota-se a presença excessiva de influencers, que passam grande parte do tempo fazendo fotos e vídeos nas áreas comuns, especialmente na piscina, o que afeta a privacidade dos demais hóspedes.
No geral, o Kenoa continua sendo um refúgio diferenciado, com atendimento e gastronomia de altíssimo nível. Com ajustes nesses pontos, pode reafirmar sua posição como um dos resorts mais exclusivos do Brasil."
