Comprising of two stylish bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a full bathroom with his and her sinks, an in-unit washer/dryer, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette this daylight basement apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is a pet friendly home with a newly updated fully fenced yard!

**Please note because this is a basement- you should expect some noise transfer. Please inquire first to check if there is a booking in the unit above and size of the group if you might be sensitive to noise. This is priced to accommodate for it being a downstairs unit.**

There is one other short term rental unit on the main two floors of this home. Nothing however is shared, except driveway and backyard. All units have their own private entrances. All areas are SECURE and private.

Please also note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

- NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.


Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge you for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
• Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!

• DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.

• We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!

• Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance.

• Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you.

• Depending on the unit you are staying in; the jetted tub, regular tub or showers are for humans only.

• When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this.

• Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it!

There is a $20 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $50 per month), a $50 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.


*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
