"Property as described but smell of sewage terrible from day 1. Toilet leaked day 1 took 3 days to mend as they could not find problem. Toilet and shower room flooded every time someone showered. The kitchen sink blocked and then we could not use dishwasher or sink. So unable to wash up Spent so much time mopping floors and leaks. "The beds were comfortable, and showers were also good. Do bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The washing machine, drying lines on the patio, iron and ironing board were helpful. Though we didn't cook, the kitchen was equipped with salt & pepper, oil and vinegar and a few other spices. I loved the short walk to the beach on cobblestone streets, and the town itself is very quiet and relaxing. Delia was always responsive, helpful and kind when we needed something; do choose...

"House was exactly as presented. Plenty of room nice patios and outside grill, garden and terrace. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were adequate but a bit firm. Loved the beaches and meeting local residents of this fun small town of Figueira."

"Overall it was a great stay. The house was not super duper clean when we arrived and there was a bit of a confusion with handling the keys and payments, but we were overall very happy with the stay and would consider it again. We missed a few items in the house, but Catia was very friendly and promptly delivered them to the house. Thanks a lot!"

Nice modern, comfortable and friendly hotel

"Sines Sea View was a great choice as we traveled south down the west coast of Portugal. It’s ‘billed’ as a business hotel (apparently Sines is working hard to become a business and tech hub and there’s lots of building going on) - we were on holiday and for us it made a welcome stay in a modern, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was free and in an underground carpark. Our room was comfortable if slightly white and lacking in character. It had a fridge and everything you needed. We ate in the restaurant and it was amazing - really very good modern Portuguese food. Also breakfast was excellent. Sines itself is not the prettiest but heading south there are some lovely beaches and towns. The immediate area around the hotel is very much work in progress: lots of building going on right now almost like a new build housing estate. A great choice of a hotel on our holiday. "

"Fabulous property. Great view of ocean and easy walk to water. Room was clean and staff was super nice / helpful. Definitely on my list to revisit. Parking by property a bit sparse but large open free lot just 2 blocks away "
