"Grazie a Carmela e Pier per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Siamo stati benissimo a villa Euphorbia, abbiamo potuto portare i nostri cani e il nostro gatto. La casa è ben posizionata nella zona delle Cannelle a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggetta (peccato che ci abbiano costruito un residence), in mezzo agli ulivi e alla bella vegetazione dell'Argentario. "Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

"This house is very beautiful and comfortable even without AC. We loved our stay and hope to return soon. The gardens and outdoor space are wonderful. Lots of privacy for guests given how the bedrooms are situated. Roberto the chef was a treat and Nina the housekeeper very helpful."
