You have roaches in your room and a bad bathroom smell and bad maintenance. Old worn out towels, no matches for the stove, broken ceiling fans, a surprise mandatory 1000 MXN deposit; the list goes on. The hotel said that if you reserve with Expedia you get the old building, not the nicer villas across the pool pictured here in...
