Good Family Value
We chose this property because of the unique configuration of the rooms and beds. Walking distance to most necessities and quick access to beaches and freeways by car. Well-appointed kitchen and baths. Challenging parking, but typical of SoCal multi-family housing.
Once you’re settled you’ll come to appreciate how many services are within walking distance of your stay and how easy it is to reach the beachfront or major freeways by car.
The kitchen was the highlight; appointed with good quality appliances and abundant utensils and cookware. The bathrooms had high-quality fixtures/finishes and the host provided ample toilet tissue, body wash, shampoo and towels.
Parking is very challenging for those not capable of parallel parking or navigating in reverse for 100 feet. But fairly typical in SoCal multifamily housing.
If you have kids under 10, visit Lions’ Park at 18th and Newport. It’s walkable from the unit and the best free thing to do with kids. There's also a PetSmart and Petco nearby that served as our mini-zoos.
