"Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future. "

"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."

"The Altea Sol apartment at Cap Negret is a perfect quiet location. You have facilities at the hotel to use which is very close plus a very good supermarket and bar in walking distance.Although there isn’t a balcony you are over looking the sea and practically on the beach.To walk into Altea takes 20 minutes."

"The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us. Check in very slow-we we’re waiting over 2 hours. Luckily local bars and supermarkets. Great area, plenty of parking on quiet street. Relaxing holiday and loved our stay."

"The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. "The Villa location is very hilly so a hire car would be beneficial but the taxis are easy to order. The cleaning of the villas is not included in the total price so you have to pay per Villa and per person for use of towels which is extortionate, which had to had to be paid in cash on the first day. for electric which had to be paid on the last day. The pools aren’t heated and the larger pool could not be used due to the massive amount of bird mess, even the management lady said it was not...

"Stayed here for a week, 4 adults 2 children. Some minor negatives, there’s no oven but there is a combi microwave. Furniture had signs of wear and minor staining. Otherwise it’s comfortable and well equipped. Lots of positives. Property is split into two separate apartments which suited us perfectly. It’s in a cul de sac and was therefore a very quiet area. The outside area and pool are excellent. Less than a 20 min walk to bars and restaurants. Lots of off road parking. I’d certainly stay...

"We loved the hotel but there are no elevators in the main hotel so if you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult. However, the location is just minutes walk to the main downtown restaurant & shops about 7-8 minutes and there are also restaurants just outside the hotel door as well."
