"The hotel was closed when we arrived 6/19/2019. They informed us that it has been closed from 6/7/2019. It was 10PM and we didn't know where else to go. Thankfully we had a patient taxi driver who took us to another hotel. "

"The rooms were immaculate and the complimentary breakfast was full of fresh fruit and pastries and wonderful coffee. The staff were always helpful and kind. The lobby had beautiful piano music most nights that made it a comfortable and fun place to work or wait for friends."

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"It was walking distance to the World Bank office where I had my meetings. The dinner buffet at Novotel next door was nice. The shared lake facility was great for evening walk to refresh. "
