Bronco is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation home conveniently located in the Del Webb Cottonwood Ranch community in historic Cottonwood, only 20 minutes from Sedona. This cozy Cottonwood vacation rental features warm southwestern-inspired interiors and a pretty, private backyard for outdoor living, dining, and relaxing with family and friends. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind with an inviting living area complete with a flat-screen TV and electric insert fireplace, a dining area opening to the outdoor patio, and a cozy breakfast nook in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Bronco is the ideal Verde Valley getaway for couples and families and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom is cozy with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds.
Cottonwood Ranch Community
***Please note that the HOA requires a $50 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub that is not included***
Your stay at Bronco includes complimentary access to the Cottonwood Ranch community clubhouse with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub boasting beautiful views of the Mingus Mountains, a fitness center, a computer room, a park with a playground and sports court, and lots of trails and bike paths winding through the homes. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $50 fee for the fob.
COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change.
