Beautiful home in great spot
Great home base for exploring all the things the area has to offer. The house itself is immaculate with multiple options for relaxing both inside and out. 30 minutes or less to Sedona, Jerome, Red Rocks, etc, etc etc. Newer listing so it needs some minor additions (a crock pot, some tlc for outdoor fire pit, etc) but they were minor issues and the owner was attentive and helpful.

Super clean, spacious and friendly
My friends and I stayed at Sunshine Hilltop to celebrate our 50th birthdays and it exceeded expectations. The host was very communicative when we had questions and gave us some great local recommendations. There was even a carrot cake waiting for us on the counter :-) The home was exceptionally clean and the view from the patio is gorgeous. It wasn't far from everything we wanted to do, and it was nice to come back to a quieter community at the end of the day. What an awesome experience! We would definitely stay here again!
