All counter and table areas were super dusty. Bathroom door would not close and tub was dirty. Unfortunately our heater was not working. Always take cleaning supplies to be sure to clean

I gave 3 stars because we were put on the 3rd floor & their elevator to the 3rd floor was out. So, we were asked to go to the 2nd floor & go up the stairs or go to the 4th floor & go downstairs. It was inconvenient because I have a leg injury making it difficult to go & down the stairs. Either than that, everything in the hotel & staff were great. Rooms were very clean.

Upon arrival to our room we found both beds unmade as if they were already slept in. We were then given a new room and when we arrived to this room the door was not opening. Staff was friendly and helpful thankfully.

The hotel was very clean and the only complaint we have is that their facilities: the fitness equipment were broken, the pool is under remodeling, and laundry machines were out of order. Either than that, check in and out were easy and rooms were very clean.
