"The home was lovely and well appointed. It was very clean on the surface but inside drawers could have been cleaner. Communication between myself and property manager/ owner was terrible I wrote an email when I booked it over a month before we were staying and never got a response back until tonight with the answers- we checked out of the home this morning at 9:30!! I did call the day before were were scheduled to arrive and was on hold for quite a long time. The person who answered the phone...

"I was so disappointed in how dirty this place was, I'm wondering what my cleaning fee is actually going to. I was asked to strip beds, clear out refrigerator, take out garbage, and run the dish washer. Judging by how dirty the place was that's all that's done before the next guest checks in."
