"This apartment was spotlessly clean and there was a bus right across the street to the City Central. Convenient."

" Bathroom fan wouldn't turn off. Made it hard to sleep. Apartment was constantly full of bugs. Keycard would never reliably let me into the building. Shower seems primed to flood of you're in there too long. Fortunately, the motion activated light in the bathroom solves that problem. Even if it was confusing to get around, the staff I dealt with were friendly enough and I didn't get robbed or anything. That said, if I had a little bit more money and knew about the drawbacks I'd probably stay...

"Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property. Cons: - Cleanliness of the property could be improved...
