"Nous avons passés un excellent weekend chez Jérémy! Cadre chaleureux, convivial, très propre et décoré avec soins, la maison est récente et très bien équipée. Réveil avec vue sur la forêt au matin un bonheur!! L'espace "guinguette" et BBQ couverts est vraiment top pour profiter entre amis a n'importe quelle saison! Jouets a dispo pour les enfants, propriétaire vraiment sympa, nous reviendrons!"

"I know the phrase "hidden gem" is thrown around too frequently these days, but this villa was just that. Easy to book, find and check-in, the villa is nestled in a very peaceful small village just a few km from the most amazing beach, with a superb boulangerie, local shop and restaurant all within walking distance from the front door. "We loved the well equipped kitchen, which allowed for proper self catering. Lovely outside eating and barbeque area. Lots of other outside seating areas, great to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. We loved the pool which was a big bonus to the holiday. The rest of the house was clean and well appointed. Sylvie was friendly and very helpful. We liked the village and surrounding area and have already booked for next year, can't wait to return!"

"Yannick's house is a truly lovely place to stay, and we had a great two weeks staying there. It's in a tranquil area of Soulac, but close to all the amenities of the town and the beach. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and has a great kitchen with everything you would need. The garden and terrace are perfect for eating out, or just chilling with a book. It's a great find."

"We had such a wonderful week in this beautiful well equipped villa. It was everything we wished for and the sun shone for us all week ☀️ We had a very friendly welcome by Gaston who was so helpful and kind and Simon was always available on the phone to sort out any queries. Would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend."

"Three days before leaving the UK we were contacted by the owner's agent saying we had to leave a large € deposit (now increased). I offered a credit card but they would only accept a cheque or cash. Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions. This is not communicated in the booking and I eventually I found it hidden, in French, in a sub menu, under House Rules, on the UK website. On departure we had to get to...
