"We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. WiFi was set up with plenty of routers but didn’t work while we were there and didn’t get fixed. Pool was heated (a massive bonus) and I would guess about 8x4m in size. Supermarkets 10 mins away by car - all open Sunday mornings."

"Beautiful house - immaculate inside and out. The house is very new and everything has been thought about with no expense spared. Alberic was such a lovely host - he booked dinner for us and provided my daughter with a more suitable sized bike - nothing was too much trouble. The house is set is a lovely quiet village but close to other towns and villages. My children loved the pool, again it was immaculate and heated to a lovely temperature. Thank you Alberic, we would love to return. "

"We had wonderful quiet days in this accommodation No. 2. Everything is available and it was cosy and warm inside when it was cold outside. We slept very well in the beds. We didn't hear any fireworks. It was very quiet. Our dog had plenty of room to run around the garden and we were the only guests and could let him run free. "Pas d’accueil par les propriétaires. Remise des clés par quelqu’un qui ne connaissait pas la maison. Aucun état des lieux fait. L’ensemble du gîte est sale. Nous avons été obligé de laver la vaisselle avant de pouvoir nous en servir. Du matériel d’entretien hors d’usage. Aucune notice d’utilatiin sur le l’électroménager sur l’utilisation "

"Séjour d'une dizaine de jours dans une une trés jolie maison de village à Mardié. Logement avec tout le confort et très bien équipé. Jardin avec terrasse, table et chaises pour les repas, barbecue transats, parasol. Parking à proximité. La Loire et le canal de la Loire proche. Beaucoup de documentation . Great place

"Wow! Our group loved Helene’s place. The town is 1 hour train from Paris and you can get a taxi to the house although don’t rely on Uber/bolt. The pool area is wonderful and the grounds of the house have a lot to offer. The bedrooms are large and quite a lot of them have ensuites. The second house is attached to the main house and offers a quieter space for those that want it. The only issue our group found was some struggled to sleep because the house only has windows to cool down at night and there were also lots of bugs. Someone in our group also fell down the stairs and broke their foot, the stairway is a bit steep in case you have elderly people. The second house had a lot of bees inside the house, I think there is a nest somewhere that needs to be relocated. All in all, a fantastic house with a great set up. We had the best time."

"We were met with a smile, despite our late arrival by our charming host who is friendly and welcoming. The whole house is decorated with attention to detail including the room we stayed in. The bed is so comfortable, an amazing nights sleep, next morning we were served with a traditional breakfast with fresh juice and good coffee, we stayed 2 nights, the surrounding area is beautiful with lots to see and do, so not only was it a convenient place to stop prior to the journey home, it was stylish with a beautiful atmosphere, our host Bob does his best to please, his lovely wife in attendance too, the best nights sleep for a long time in an unexpectedly interesting and beautiful area of France, I think we will go back again, most definitely 🤗"
