The staff were extremely helpful and it is well located for those who need to access e.g. Coventry railway station or university. The decor is a bit tired and the rooms' amenities could be upgraded, but the price reflects this. Improvements could certainly be made to the air con/heating system, which seemed wholly ineffective."

Choose your room carefully and ask about when and where the entertainment is taking place. The staff were all friendly and helpful but they were a bit too informal for our liking. Be prepared to be fleeced for £8 for parking even though your could be paying £160 plus for your room for a night. A dress code for the restaurant would also improve the dining...
