"This was a wonderful place to stay if you are going to an event nearby. Lots of busses and monorail close by. Wonderful park and touristy things to do nearby. Very kid friendly. A bit loud due to traffic and bars close by. The building is older but taken care of. I had an issue with my emails and the host was very communicative and understanding. If you drive to this location you should consider getting space in the garage in the building because the rates change everywhere pending on the events...

"No living room/communal area, no ice maker or ice or ice trays. Pretty much nothing in the ice department. Early checkout time of 10am combined with a knock on the door at 9:57 from the cleaner just to make it a little earlier. Was given the wrong address from the host. The correct address has a “b” on the end of it. The address given leads to a hostel. Rest was fine and would stay again. Just bring ice trays i guess"

"My daughter and I are already feeling rather nostalgic about our long stay at Larkspur earlier this year. Beautiful place and nice, helpful staff, with a special shout-out to Drake. Among the perks are free laundry facilities, a nice little snack shop in the lobby instead of vending machine fare, walking distance to a shopping center with a grocery store, and (can't beat this one) fresh-baked cookies at the front desk every evening.
