"When we arrived, the entire place appeared abandoned suddenly, no one there, some room doors open. We called out and no one responded. The place was in disrepair and dirty. The experience was creepy and we left, to find another motel. We want our money back!"

My two kids had a great time and really enjoyed being in the rain forest with all the sounds. We met lots of great people in the communal area.
