The Space:
Located just a 5-minute walk from shopping and restaurants and mere meters to the beach, the “Albert Park” house allows for proximity to everything that makes the town of Phillip Island Cowes special. Indoors, the large two-story residence nicely provides the comfortable features holiday travelers are looking for.

A full chef’s kitchen with wonderful prep space comes complete with a comprehensive housewares package for cooking, baking, and serving full-course meals in the adjacent dining room. The cozy living room is ideal for family movie and game nights.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is warm and inviting with great options for families or couples. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and there is also a soaking tub in the second bath for bathing little ones after a long day of play. A charming bunk room that sleeps 3 is perfect for a fun kids’ holiday sleepover.

Head outside directly off the kitchen where a covered patio with BBQ is ready for grilling up the fresh catch of the day. Dine alfresco morning, noon, or night on the outdoor dining table while watching the kids play in the fully fenced private backyard.

The Neighborhood:
This neighbourhood is away from the main road and located at a quiet street close to the beach access of Cowes.
This is a residential area, so we do ask our guests to please keep noise after 11PM, to a minimum.

Other Things to Note:
The home has garage access and a private driveway, accommodating parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, please do not block or park in neighboring driveways.

Affectionately named “Albert Park” after the famed racetrack in Melbourne, the house is not to be confused with being located at Albert Park.

The property was as described, walking distance to beach, shops and attractions. Rating would have been higher if it wasn't for 2 beds not having top sheets (which were later provided after 2 requests), a couple of squeaky beds and some spider webs in the bathroom. An air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom would also be a good idea as the room gets extremely hot in summer. Overall the stay was pleasant and if these issues were sorted would happily stay again.

Attended MotoGP October 2023 Fantastic home away from home with all the comforts expected. Stayed with husband, 2 adult children and their partners - plenty of room for all Comfortable beds Constant hot water for all showers Washer & dryer Lockbox is a fantastic solution for avoiding “who has the key” scenario Well stocked kitchen (utensils & appliances) Big lounge and big tv for watching replays of MotoGP Fans and aircons everywhere Beach track at the end of the street (saw a wallaby on the track and a seal on the beach) Easy walk to Cowes Quiet street Great host with fabulous communication
