Close to shuttle and tour buses to the famous Phillip Island Penguin Parade and Racetrack, or drive yourself with a secure car park at the back door to the many Island attractions and beaches.

Spacious, luxury 1 bedroom unit with King size bed and a Koala Double Sofa bed in separate Lounge area. Pet friendly allowing small dog.

Cooking facilities in the unit include a cooktop, George Foreman Oven, microwave, a fridge/freezer and all utensils. A Lor coffee pod machine and a ''Filteroo'' for endless fresh filtered water is also included. A free electric BBQ is available in the Waves complex at your back door.

The bathroom has a corner spa, shower, toilet.


Ideal for a couples retreat, motoring enthusiast, or just relaxing with the kids or the dog at the beach.

Fully carpeted, freshly painted, vibrant art adorns the walls from a local artist. King size bed with quality linen, a Koala sofa with fold out double bed in the lounge. 55 inch TV in lounge, and a 32 inch tv in bedroom. Add to that a 10 percent discount if you stay a week and a 20 percent discount for a month! Why wouldn’t you stay here?

Here you can lay in the morning sun on one of two daybeds in the alfresco courtyard garden and Breakfast with the Rainbow Lorikeets while you look across the water to French Island. Or just read a book.

A lovely outlook, peaceful, convenient. No extra cleaning charge, coin Laundry in the complex, smoking allowed in Courtyard, an ideal place to enjoy Phillip Island.

Not suitable for parties or schoolies this complex is quiet.

Beautiful place, great location Probably would be suited for 2 adults 2 children as there is only 1 doulble rollout bed . Wifi definately a necessity.

Cowes Gem
Suited our group perfectly. Very clean great location, quiet while we were there. Comfortable large bed with choice of pillows. We had my mother in law and our dog with us. Sofa bed was comfortable for MIL. Nice outdoor undercover area with seating and grassed area. Large bathroom which was clean and separate shower and bath. We didnt use kitchen much but appeared well equipped with good sized fridge. Comfortable lounges and dining table. Clean linen, could do with one lighter bed cover in addition to quilt. Easy parking onsite. Air con working well on the one day we needed it for short period. We would definately stay here again on next visit if available.
