"Had a wonderful time at the Anchor! The space was perfect for our needs with soooo much room for everyone to hang out - from the spacious dining tables where we played board games, the living space with ample sofa seating for gathering around a puzzle, the theatre room for a more secluded, private experience, the amazing patio space, the balcony on the second floor, and to the gaming nook. It also has direct access to the beach, split off from many of the other beach houses so there's a more private feel to it. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and modern, and the amount of bathrooms was so great for our group.The only thing I'd caution people with is that Google Maps didn't do a good job of directing me to the actual location when I typed in the address. You may have to search "The Anchor" along with the physical address to find the right spot!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable getaway for my family, friends and I. Will book again! No complaints. The arcade game wasn’t up and running but it was ok because the kids found other things to do. When i informed the property owner he offered to come check it out and fixed. Very professional."

"This was our 3rd stay! Between our 2nd & 3rd stay the kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded and done beautifully! The house is the perfect size and location is spot on for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the waves come in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We can’t wait for our next mini vacation at the beach box!"

"Newly remodled house with 4 separate sleeping areas. Beautifully furnished and massively comfy. We drove on the beach! Went to a local restaurant and played trivia. Would not hesitate to rent here again. "

"Our stay at Hip-Nautic was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean, up to date, in excellent condition, as advertised, and had everything one would need for a family weekend. The local host was very quick to reply to any needs we had and did check in on us to make sure all was well. We made use of the beach chairs and sand toys. Our 3 year old grandson loved the toys in the house and the video game table. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to all our family and friends."
