They were clean and friendly for a small family it would been fine. It’s on the strip and walking distance to a lot of places. You can walk out to the beach from the hotel. Pool was cold but still very clean.

Wurde nachts ausgesperrt, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und die Eingangshalle zugesperrt war. Daher musste ich mir eine Ersatzunterkunft besorgen

Shower wouldn’t drain. I was given the wrong room. Stayed for 1 night and left. Still got charged. The shower situation was dangerous thought I would slip and fall. Expedia or the hotel did not help

So they didnt have a fridge or a microwave, no shower curtains and the shower had a very bad stream. Also they made me change rooms after a few days. i will not be staying here ever again.

Das Zimmer war etwas heruntergekommen. Das Bad aber top modern. War ok für den Preis aber da es eher etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt würde ich nächstes Mal ein anderes buchen.

Great place

Daniel and his staff were amazing. He gave the most information of any hotel I ever stayed at. The place is immaculate, well located, but you need a car to get around Cozumel. I highly recommend this budget price hotel!
