"The house and hot tub were dirty, full dirty dishwasher, not like the images shown. Struggled to get the heat right, either too cold or too hot, finally figured it out on the 3rd day. Simply an expensive stay for the condition it was in. "

"It’s a conveniently located place, but there are a few reasons why I rated it 3 stars:My main concern was cleanliness. Although they charge 250 as a cleaning fee, it seems that either the company is not using a proper cleaning team or the cleaners are not doing their job. The bathroom floors were not cleaned properly, and there was a dirty carpet on the bathroom floor. The ceiling fans were covered in dust.
