"The property is seclude and has beautiful views, very quiet, no squeaky floors or the stairs and had an elevator in the motel . Room was very spacious. Very clean, huge jetted tub. Furniture is very nice, can sit in the chairs and not sink half way to the floor. Staff were very courteous and very helpful. The owners have a restaurant in town that serves up an awesome breakfast at a discount. Kamiah is 2 miles away. This is the best motel along the Hiway 12 corridor from Lewiston to Missoula. "

So it was noisy and messy during the day, but evenings and nights it was very nice, generally quiet (if the room above me wasnt' rented), and you can see and smell the wonderful trees and river from every room. Breakfast was very good, with a reasonable selection of food, it was a solid breakfast, not a continental breakfast, so it adds real value to the stay.
