My new favourite Newcastle hotel.
"Lovely place full of period detail. Staff excellent, and the spa was a huge bonus, given the price. It's small, but I found it comfortable and not too busy. Bed was great, shower decent, good sized room and general facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great, very tasty. Coffee was good too."

"Sadly not impressed in having been asked what time we would arrive room was not ready When asking for top up missing towel’s so had to go to reception Some issues around payment Very helpful bar staff and bar manager not so helpful female bar person Overall good service and staff knowledge"

"Friendly staff at check in. We had a great room on the top floor which was comfortable. We only had a few minor things which didn’t give it full marks as the room was very hot but admittedly there was a fan in the wardrobe also the floor creaks which was quite distracting when the neighbouring room ..."

"The property is overall really good, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really good they provided me with extra towels at no additional cost. Safe parking and location of the hotel is exactly to be on point, especially if you are visiting the city center."
