"Surprisingly good food from the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast was good but as it was very busy food often seemed to be running out. Spacious room very comfy bed. Pool, steam and sauna was great, wasn't too busy."

"I was pleased with the size of the room and the quiet part of the resort we were in away from the main building with the sound of Teddington’s lock in the distance. The room was in good condition and clean. I don’t think the heated towel rail was working was the only thing I noticed. Also when I checked in it was after dark and I got lost trying to locate the building away from the main hotel once I checked in and as it’s not a very well lit site and I went the wrong way, it was a bit disconcerting. Almost certainly my mistake but perhaps taking people to the relevant exit would help or give clearer instructions,. The staff were helpful and polite though. Thanks would love to stay again and use more of the facilities next time."
