"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. "We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs. Maybe some kind of traps could be used, there were quite a few. But, we understand the battle!"
