"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"A good hotel as a stop over when travelling via Paris. A little more attention to detail is required. For instance we stayed twice in different rooms recently. In both rooms new sink faucets had been installed, however the faucets were too small for the sink, resulting in them being loose, plugs didn’t work and water leaked."

The interior was clear abd clean and the room was well modern with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but had limited vegan options. However, this is France ao I expect that. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"The property should not be classed as a hotel as a tiny room in a block. The bathroom is so tiny that showering was not pleasant.. However the shower power and temperature was good. The decor was not nice. But for somewhere you just want to sleep and are out for the whole day and most of the evening it was fine for us and due to price I can't complain. The breakfast at the hotel opposite was excellent and staff were really friendly there. "
