"Great place to stay very close to shopping and restaurants. I loved the 1 bedroom condo on the golf course. We had a nice patio to sit outside and the condo was spacious. There was a problem with dirt and concrete on the slider and floor from a recent upgrade. Ken, the maintenance man was right on it. He happily cleaned our patio, fixed the screen so it rolled easily and washed the slider doors. He was fantastic and very friendly. We really appreciated how well appointed the unit was especially the kitchen. (it had a pizza pan and pizza cutter along with great steak knives too and full refrigerator) The only improvement could be a more comfy sofa, but all and all it's a great place!"

"Second stay at this property. Great location for quick access to the pool and town. The rooms all face riverside and have easy access to the 2 mile river walk loop. The room was clean and the property well maintained. "

"Great location, right next to gondola and in downtown. Perfect for getting around town. Parking is an issue and we were in the gravel lot next door. Only negative was that there was no fridge in room. "

"I would stay here again, but not during any festivals or city events, because there's no parking available in the hotel or anywhere else in the street. Best to just take a shuttle or walk."

"We stayed the night on our road trip back home from Ouray to Fort Worth. It was clean, efficient, & accessible to things in town. We were able to chunk our trip into sections, eat a good dinner, & watch South Fork’s Fourth of July Fireworks Show. "
