The Space:
Enjoy all that Mt Crested Butte has to offer from this fantastic property. The location has unobstructed views to the west, and easy access to the ski resort by way of the "Homeowner's Trail" and the Goldlink Lift in winter months. Relax in the oversized hot tub and gaze at the stars after a long day recreating in the mountains. Please note: the town of Mt CB has a ballot measure to be voted on in November 2024 that could raise taxes 2%. If this passes, all reservations occurring in 2025 will be assessed the additional 2% even if it has already been booked.
Upon entering, up the split level stairs, you come into the open floor plan which contains a very large, remodeled gourmet kitchen. A 6 burner gas stove, double wall oven, double farm style sink, separate ice maker, and beverage refrigerator are a few of the extra ammenities this kitchen has to offer. Expansive counter space, a large island with 4 barstools, and lots of natural light, create a welcoming, integrated kitchen with the rest of the living space. The adjacent living room has a inviting large stone wood burning fireplace, large smart TV and cozy seating. A dining table with seating for 8 and ensconsed in windows also compliments this area. A wrap around deck, with amazing views, seating, a gas grill and green egg grill are also accessible from this area. The master suite, with a king bed, large smart TV, door to the deck, a large walk-in closet and bathroom are also on this floor. The master bath has a large natural stone shower and single vanity.
Downstairs has the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first door on the right is a queen bedroom with an en suite bath with shower and french doors to the lower deck. This room has a small tv. Across the hall is a shared full bath, with a shower, for the two remaining bedrooms downstairs. The next room on the right has 2 twin bunk beds (4 twins). Across the hall is a closet with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a queen bedroom at the end of the hall, with a door to the deck and access to the hot tub.
The hot tub is a swim spa. Guests will only be able to use it as a soaking tub, not with jets or a swim current. Ski in/ski out access requires a short 2 minute walk across the street to access the Homeowner's trail. One dog is allowed at this property. There is a garage for guests to store gear and park 1 vehicles in and 4 additional spaces in the driveway. No smoking is allowed anywhere in or on the premises. This property has Direct TV.

There is a 5 night minimum for Summer 2024 until 1/1/2024 at which point we will allow rentals with a 3 night minimum.

Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST..

The Neighborhood:
Quiet mountain neighborhood that is next to the Homeowners Ski Trail.

Getting Around:
You will need a car for this house and we recommend AWD or 4WD
