The Space:
This is a beautiful ski in/out 4 bedroom Paradise condo. Located in the Aspen building, this condo has garage parking for one car, outdoor parking for an additional car, and easy access to the lifts. This is a wonderful place to call home while coming to enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer. One well behaved dog allowed.
As you walk into the condo you will find a mudroom area for gear storage. The completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen is to your left as you walk into the open concept 1st floor living space. Beautiful granite countertops and new cabinets accent a lovely space to cook. Just beyond the kitchen, is a dining area that seats 8 at the table with 3 additional bar stools to sit at the bar top. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable living space with a couch and 2 chairs. To add ambiance to the unit, you have the option to use the gas fireplace that has been completely redone with new tile. To the right of the kitchen you'll find 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The primary has a king bed and a door to the deck to enjoy the views. The guest bedroom on this floor has 2 twin beds in it. All bathrooms in the unit have tub/shower combos and single sinks. The flooring in the mudroom, kitchen, dining and living area has been replaced. There is a great deck outside the living room to enjoy the fabulous west facing views and sunsets.
Upstairs from the living room, you'll find a loft that has a large futon and a loveseat for additional hang out space. Beyond here you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The upper jr. primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and the guest room has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom.
There is a small laundry room off of the loft area with a new full-sized washer and dryer. This property is accessible by stairs only. No elevator. There are 2 flights of stairs to the condo.
You can enjoy the community hot tub just above the building. The hot tub is open seasonally. It is generally open the entire ski season. It closes after ski season ends until about the 3rd week of June and will remain open through the summer and into September. If you are coming in our fall shoulder season (Sept-Nov) you might ask if it will be open if its important to you.
This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight. With that said, there are only 2 parking spaces available and one is the garage space. The garage can accommodate most vehicles but they cannot have a rooftop box. The garage height is 82 inches.
This condo is on the bus route in the winter and the bus picks you up every hour at the base of the parking lot. You can ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot (when there is enough snow) to the West wall Lift. This lift services blue terrain.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Children are always welcome with a parent or guardian.
4 or all wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
ONLY one well behaved dog is welcome. No cats. The HOA strictly enforces this rule. We can't make any exceptions and allow more than one dog.

Parking:
Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.
All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.
All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building. For this unit you must park in the garage and then also behind your garage door. Please be sure to look up and be aware of any snow that could slide off the roof. Garage door height 82" and width 105".
Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.
Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges.
Guest Access:
Check in instructions will be sent to you 2 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.
Getting Around:
It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.
