Hot tub was packed like sardines with people both afternoons/evenings we stayed there. Clearly needs another hot tub or two. Restaurant is a joke - really a poorly run cafeteria. Don't even think about trying to park more than 1 car per room, even though we had suite with extra bed. Convenience to lifts is only positive. Will definitely try a different slope-side hotel next time.

This is a really average hotel. We had issues with 3 of 4 showers being Luke warm and the hot tub was over full one day, and cold the next. Our toilet also didn’t work on day 1. No coffee in the lobby either, and no housekeeping for our 2 night stay. It is affordable for the location but really sub par for a Vail Resorts owned property. On a positive note, it is great to have the kitchenette and the bed was comfortable enough.

Great location for skiing. Easy walk to the ski lifts! Bummer is there is no free breakfast or coffee / juices. The water did not get hot enough at times. Bed was very uncomfortable. For the price and location it’s a cozy stay. Hot tub was very nice.

Great spot walkable to the base area. Love that the bus comes right in front too. Unfortunately, they’ve changed their parking policies and the front desk staff was rude about it. Usually you can park there for the day before you check in but that’s no longer the case. Also, the hot tub jets were broken.

I was told upon making my reservation by the hotel front desk that I could park in their lot the day of check in (before 4pm check in) as I was skiing the day of arrival. I therefore was planning to park and enjoy a day on the slopes. Upon arrival I was told differently that I could not park in the hotel lot before official check in time even though guest were leaving and the lot had dozens of open parking spots. I had to find other parking and had to walk a considerable distance. Upon checking in I asked if I could park in the lot the day of checking out as I was going to ski that day. Again I was told no that I would have to move my car at checkout time (11 am). So again I will have to move my car to a distant lot even though there are many open spaces available. No consideration for parking on day of check in and out. Poor customer service.

The stay was normal but the animals left indie the rooms next to us when trying to relax after a day of skiing was ridiculous. Maybe the hotel should have a rule not to leave animals in the rooms without the owners. Non-stop for hours and hours. Then I’m not sure what they did to it but it sounds like a cat and a baby after the dog stopped parking.

We book this place for a 5 days skiing trip. We had a studio with two king beds, and a kitchenette which included a mini stove. It was sufficient equipped to cook breakfast and dinner. The room was well heated, the water for the shower was hot and had good pressure. The place is not quite ski-in-ski-out, but they made available a valet for the skies next to the lifts. The only issue was walking in the ski boots 5 minutes from hotel to the lifts. We rented a locker for our change shoes in the first day, but they were sold out the next days. Other than that, it was a nice place, although not entirely modern, it had all you needed and it was clean.
