This historic house is on the quiet west side of town with true historic Crested Butte charm. Only 2 blocks from Elk Avenue, you will find restaurants shops, nightlife, and the free shuttle to the slopes.

Enjoy this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home featuring two living spaces plus a den. You enter into a large mud room area, where you can store your shoes and gear. As you enter into the main house, you will find one of the living areas to the left with a wood-burning stove. Continue through the house to the fully equipt kitchen and as you pass through the kitchen you will enter into the second living area. Off of this living area is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a separate bath with a shower.

To the left of the kitchen is the dining area, where you can head upstairs to an additional den area great for the kids. To the left of the Den is a full bath and a king bedroom. To the right of the den is the 3rd bedroom with 3 twins.

There is a separate dwelling/unit in the backyard that has long-term occupants. There are exterior cameras at the property.

Place was nice and convenient to downtown and several trails. Could use some updating including beds and bedding...just a little more comfortable mattresses.
