Upon entering this multi-level retreat, you will get direct access to the first floor, which hosts a welcoming family room with several comfy furniture, dumbbells, and two bedrooms. The ground-floor patio enjoys one of the key amenities of this home - a bubbly hot tub! Treat yourself to a soothing bath in the hot tub and wash all of your worries away while admiring gorgeous mountain views.

The main living space is located on the second floor, featuring a beautifully appointed open floor plan with exposed wood beams and great vistas. Create everlasting memories as you gather around the warmth of the gas fireplace - stream fun movies and games on the smart TV, break out a board game, or simply relax while planning your next adventures. When mealtime comes, the fully appointed kitchen will have your back. The mountain-view deck offers a fantastic place to host summertime cookouts and dine alfresco. This level also provides you with a bedroom. The upper level hides two bedrooms for you or your guests to use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
