The Space:
This is a second story, updated, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo with two south facing decks. It is about a 5 minute walk to the base area. Winter or summer, activities abound just outside your door. It has recently changed ownership and has a lot of new furnishings and new paint throughout as of summer 2024.
The condo is a 2-story second floor unit. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and semi-private jack-n-jill ensuite bathroom and one with a twin over queen bunk (& additional twin platform bed when needed), the living/dining and kitchen are on this level along with a gorgeous south facing deck with views of Mt Crested Butte. The bathroom on this floor is a jack-n-jill with private sink and toilets for each bedroom and a shared shower/tub.
On the upper floor, there are two spacious guestrooms. One has a king bed and balcony and the other has a king bed. These two rooms share a full bath. A full sized washer and dryer are located in this bathroom.
There is a community hot tub just in front of the building and a sauna on the first floor of the "F" building. Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. It is open opening day to closing day in the ski season and will reopen mid-June and close after Labor Day.
You have 2 parking spaces for this property and one is a garage space. No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Parking Plan
Each unit at Ponderosa Condominiums is issued two (2) official Ponderosa Condominiums parking permits. All vehicles on the premises must display an official Ponderosa parking permit. The fee for replacement of a lost parking permit is $25.
No more than two vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Ponderosa Condominiums for each condominium unit.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. This unit has one garage space, one vehicle must be parked there (unless it is too large). The garage height is 93 inches.
No motor homes, buses, or trailers are allowed at any location on the property. No vehicle shall remain parked upon the property unless it is in good working condition and used for actual transportation. Exterior parking is only for temporary parking of vehicles being used on a continuous basis and not for long-term parking or storage. Vehicles in violation of these rules may be removed at owner's expense.
On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Arrival instructions are emailed 48 hours prior to arrival at 4 pm.
The Neighborhood:
Easy walk to the base area. Across the street from the condo is the main skier parking lot.
Getting Around:
You can walk to the base area and hop on the free shuttle service that we have and go down to the town of Crested Butte. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter months.
