A secluded private home backing onto the Creswick Forrest

4-bedrooms (2x double beds, 1x single 1x empty office room that can be used to put a porter cot, blow up bed ect)
Can sleep 7+ people (the couch in the lounge easily folds out to a double bed) and the studio can be used as a separate sleeping area (BYO bed)

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave incorporated in an open-plan dining and living area with a covered outdoor deck and dining to ensure year-round entertainment

The Lounge has wood heater and split system to ensure temperate comfort

Pet friendly and fully secure, fencing all around with chicken wire at the bottom for both small to large animals and gates
Pets are also welcome in the sunroom, attached to the house

Upon request the shed can be accessible, a whopping 16m x 9m with 2 roller doors to open it up a partial mezzanine floor inside, power and water

For parties please consider standard noise restrictions

Parking is abundant, inside secure gates and under cover

There is also a separate powered studio with a split system and external property access sliding door that can be used as a separate sleeping area

Only minutes away from the Creswick township, shops, cafes, and train station, or with a short 15-minute drive to Ballarat.

Was a lovely location however on the listing there was an outdoor spa bath that was no longer there. Oven still had dirty trays in it. Beds were very comfortable. Lisa was very accommodating allowing an early check-in and a late check-out

Leaves much to be desired, filthy!
The house was not cleaned properly. Dirty bench tops. One room had rubbish and dirty dishes, in it. Old food was in the fridge and drawers! All 3 bins outside, recycling included, were full of general rubbish, smelt and had not been emptied in I’m guessing months. The garden was a mess. We were very disappointed considering the $$ per night. I would not recommend this property ro anyone, especially considering the price point.
