"Had a lovely stay didnt think the executive stay with lounge is worth the extra money, your normal rooms are just the same really, the snacks were nice but hardly any, the breakfast snacks in the lounge was poor, so overall i would stick to their standard room. Room was lovely and comfortable, and clean, the girl in the executive lounge was a bit miserable too and looked like she didn't want to be there"

"Property is fairly new and updated and was close to tram and train stations. Also many restaurants and Ethiad Football Stadium close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back on future trips."

"Just an over night stay for a early morning flight out. Quick & easy check in with very pleasant reception staff. Room very clean and adequate for a short stay. Comfy bed great shower. Tea making facilities which is always a big plus. Had a meal at the Turkish restaurant opposite at the Holiday Inn which is highly recommended. On the whole you can't beat Ibis for a quick over night stay. Back again on return flight. 5☆☆☆☆☆. Never understand why some people complain about these places."

"Online check in great but caused problems for evening meal..was not aware we had to get a voucher and book a table so placexwas full. Add that to the offers page please. Comfy beds and spacious room.double glazing in room 11 sounds like it is not sealed. Free shuttle from station and to airport a definite bonus"

"The building, both inside and out, is stunning. The lobby area is absolutely gorgeous. The attached restaurant and pub, The Refuge, was top class and a lot of fun. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I did get a very creepy feeling later that evening from our room and the hallway. I asked the receptionist if the place was haunted. She said, "oh yeah, but mostly in the second floor". We were on the third, so no worries. I love quirky places anyhow. It was overall an amazing stay. Glad I booked"
