There was nothing to dislike as the annex was everything described and more. The consideration and care received from my hosts was exemplary and most welcome and made my stay particularly enjoyable.

A lovely place to stay. We were very pleased to stay here as soon as tourism was allowed in Wales again after Lockdown 3. Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation with all the facilities you need for a self catering stay. Some lovely walks from the accommodation and nearby too

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We felt at home straight away. The property was very well equipped and welsh cakes and fresh milk were waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch.
Pretty garden we could enjoy, plenty of parking, beautiful views, excellent location. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will certainly return.
Thank you very much.

Perfect 7 day stay at Llanginidr
We had a wonderful stay in the Brecon Beacons, with hosts Des and Joan. The ‘annexe’ was clean and had everything we needed for a great escape holiday. We enjoyed breakfast with our hosts every morning in their lovely garden with great views all around before venturing out to explore the lovely Welsh villages around or our walks along the towpaths of the canal just down the road past the pub. We wish our stay was longer and I believe we shall return for another experience in the Welsh valleys. Have no hesitation in recommending the annexe to anyone interested in a lovely holiday in South Wales.

Beautiful apartment, stunning location
Beautiful apartment in quiet, peaceful village, nestled in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.
Handy to good food in the nearby inn (round the corner) and great central location for exploring the area - and walking.

We had a very relaxing 2 days. Beautiful location, it was lovely to watch the canal boats going through the lock gates and then to walk along the tow path. Great food in the Coach and Horses which is only 2 minutes away. Mr Preece was very helpful when we arrived as was Mrs Preece when we met her later. Couldn't ask for anything better 😊

A pleasant stay. Didn't realise this was self catering, which was good, as I could buy a few things to make for myself. Fairly spacious and comfortable. Only issues, although minor is the TV is very small and the bed, although comfortable felt a little uneven. Owners were very helpful and polite.

A lovely week in a very comfortable flat
The annexe was lovely, it far exceeded my expectations. It was like a home from home. There was a full kitchen and the place was lovely and warm due to the central heating(that we could control) the owners were exceptionally helpful and we had a lovely stay there.
