There are local events, including Comrie Fortnight in early August and Flambeau New Year celebrations. From you doorstep, you can enjoy lots of lovely cycle routes and walks, and for the more adventurous, there are 43 munro mountains within a 1-hour drive. Loch Earn is 6 miles away, which offers sailing and water sports, and for nature lovers, the Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre is just 2 miles. There are many interesting places to visit in the area, including historic castles and gardens, and whisky distilleries.
