"Great hotel spa area amazing "

"Booked this hotel as close to the Crucible. Room spoiled by poor cleaning with stains on the wall and furniture which could have easily been wiped off plus a psir of socks in the drawer"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a beautiful example of a victorian grand dame, elegant and gracious. The menu is a little lacking in finesse and could use being updated."

"Staff very friendly, courteous, pleasant and professional. Comfortable room and bed, shower very good. Excellent dining options, well prepared, well served, reasonably priced and very tasty. Quiet surroundings, easy access. Door to bathroom impossible to close: out of alignment. Toilet seat needs securing properly. No chain on bath plug making it awkward to remove plug and empty water out after use. These can easily be remedied. Overall impression: - Very impressed. Will definitely stay again. Well done and Thank you all "

"Fabulous, our Sheffield ‘go to’ hotel. Lovely staff, efficient check in, great rooms and beds. Perfect location, lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We love our ‘second city’ and staying at this wonderful hotel is the icing on the cake!"

"Great hotel in a convenient location within Nottingham, not far from City Centre. Close to the M1, was really easy to find. Free parking was a massive plus, with loads of bays both at the front and back of the hotel. Check in was very straightforward and was also offered an Digital Keycard to access my room from the Hilton App. The room was very clean and tidy with sufficient amenities. Only criticism here is, it would have been nice to have some free bottled water in the room on arrival. Housekeeping was really on top of it and kept our room pristine during our stay, replacing bedding and towels etc. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Greeted by staff on reception, check in was easy and the room had everything I needed. Comfortable and clean, surrounding area was good and tidy. At breakfast greeted by a lovely staff member (female) who ensure my needs were met, very helpful. Overall my stay was very good. "
