We had to return to Reception three times as our card key would not open our room door. When we were eventually able to access the room we found it was already being used by another guest. We then had to return to Reception for a fourth time to be allocared another room. The service in the restaurant was very slow with a wait...

When we got to reception however we were told the car park was free for guests staying at the hotel. Can your signs please be altered to say this as we paid £10 parking unnecessarily."

"Used the hotel just for a bed, arrived at 9:30pm and left at 8am. Room was ok, fan in bathroom made a horrible rattling noise and needs to be replace (informed reception). For the price we paid (£45) for the night it was worth it for what we wanted it for which was to get a few hours sleep. Wouldn't want to stay there for a long time as there is nothing at the hotel and you only have one direction to go when you leave due to the nature of it being beside a dual carriageway. Totally adequate...

Food was amazing and they are always making sure the customers are happy and if there is anything they can do to help the customers, was an absolute delight with my dog, he got lots of attention.
