"I stay at Hamptons regularly due to larger rooms, More flexible, and more of what I need (breakfast on site, snack area, business friendly). This property has friendly staff and central to Westchester. Not much nearby to walk to. Property is a little tired, room was worn, toilet had broken seat and leaky valve, half the lamps didn’t work, elevator doors banged loudly. Breakfast was pretty good and useful hours (6-10). "

"On the surface it's clean but the towels smelled like cigarettes and the towel that's supposed to be a bath mat was full of stains. At first I just thought it was an old towel but at least it's clean, but it was not in fact clean. And the blow dryer doesn't work. Also, bring flip flops, the carpet is bad. Lastly, bravo to the person editing the photos, there is nothing "high end" or "modern" about this place. Alto a motel next to the highway, people live here and have pets. It is what it is for...

"Great spot to stay and then half hour into the city. Right off the exit and easy back to the highway. Only stayed for a few hours but place looks great with a nice pool and restaurant. Very cool, looks like an old warehouse. Will definitely be back!"

"The rooms (we rented two) are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. That said the ability to make phone calls (on our cell phones) from either room was impossible. Though the hotel had wifi (which I could only connect to in one of the rooms), for some reason neither our Apple or Android phones could make calls over it. Very frustrating to say the least. The restuarant and spa being close is also a shame as I'd heard good things about both. "

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. Whoever owns the property really should renovate and remodel this hotel. It has a great location but the hotel is old and outdated. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was really good. This hotel needs Anthony Melchiorri to do a “Hotel Impossible” makeover because the potential is there, unfortunately the owner just lets the hotel waste away. It is ok for short stays like one or two days but I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay...

"Owners are working on upgrading and doing a nice job. Bathtub needs a tub mat (dangerous without one) and a hook or two for robe or PJs. AC worked great (it was 100 degrees outside one day) and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room #s very difficult to see attached to brick, especially at night. Overall, we’ll be back. View of the river was lovely, though it was too hot to sit outside."
