"Unfortunately we had hoped the converted Best Western plus to Clarion would have gotten even better than it was. No improvements. The room wasn’t heated when we arrived, no bath mat, no shampoo, no shower soap and this time the train outside our window was more annoying than we remembered. Probably won’t go back after many stays there. "

"Check in staff fess friendly and pleasant. Parking was easy and there was a luggage cart for convenience. The room was spacious and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and there were no signs of “little friends” on the mattresses. Storage space (drawers, hangers, nooks for suitcases) was ample. I had a nice big desk, microwave and fridge that was helpful. Bathroom was adequate and clean but water pressure made me miss my home. Breakfast was limited. They put out very few items at a time. The pancake machine was really fun to use. Kids would love it. But the pancakes they made were really gluey and stuck right to the paper plates. I learned to butter the plates first. "
