THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! Less than a mile from Community Center and all other amenities.

2 Bedroom, 1.5 baths; Townhome in Fairfield Glade, TN.
*Great unit! Has hardwood floors -upstairs and downstairs!*
Townhome/see photos, bedrooms on 2nd floor- 12-14 steps inside to second floor.
The heart of Fairfield Glade Resort, it is within walking distance of the Community Center and the Tennis/Raquet Center.
Downstairs: Living Room and Dining Room/Kitchen; half bath; stack-able washer/dryer; walk out private patio with table and chairs-nice outdoor area with courtyard view!
Upstairs: #1 Bedroom with King size bed, # 2 Bedroom with Queen Size Bed & Daybed (2 twin beds); Full size bathroom; deck out of Bedroom 2
One TV in living room; 50 inch; Comcast 140 channels and high speed internet-Wifi; password provided

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental, or swimming. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Great Location
We stayed here for 2 1/2 months while waiting for our new house to be finished. Owner's are prompt to respond to any correspondence. An excellent location (walking distance to most everything) and a clean, safe place to stay. Overall the condo was great. It could use a good deep cleaning, but other than that we were very grateful we had such a nice place to stay while we needed it. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!

Perfect for me
I came in for a quick weekend birthday celebration. The Comfy Condo was just that, comfy, clean, quiet. It allowed me to bring my Yorkie. There were no issues or problems. The entire stay was relaxed and very enjoyable. I would definitely stay in one of their places on my next trip to TN.

Just what I needed
I was in Crossville for the TN State Sporting Clays tournament at the Crossville Shooting Sports Park and these accommodations served me well. My nephew was in town on business as well and was able to hang out overnight for some family time. Thanks for a nice weekend!

We visit Fairfield Glade a few times each year and always stay in units owned by the Maxwells. Their condos are clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I can’t say enough about them as hosts. They are easy to get in touch with and communicate every step of the way. This time we had an issue with the door lock and Nate arrived

A clean place in good location for my needs
I stayed in Fairfield Glade because I have family there and I was there for a visit. This condo complex has multiple units that can be rented, all by different owners. The layout is nice, and the location is perfect—right near both places my family members live. This unit is not as homey as some of the others, but it is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's one that's closer to the now very busy Peavine Road too, but that didn't seem to make much difference soundwise except when sitting out on the back patio later in the morning. Early in the morning during light traffic, the patio is great for having morning coffee, and I even saw some deer — one came pretty close to where I was before it realized I was there. A nice little place; I'd rent there again if needed.

Great location, close to several places we went to-Ozone Falls, Spikes Sports Bar, 2 wineries & Tony's Place for breakfast. We did nix golf as the fees were high $80 for non members but we found other things to do. The courtyard view was pretty, we enjoyed watching the chipmunks play & it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable & clean & there were plenty of towels
