Set in a large wooded plot, this house is full of charm.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen, a shower room and a toilet and an office on the ground floor; 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet upstairs. In the basement there is a large garage for a car or bikes, surfboards, etc. Free Wi-Fi.

The wood burner is not in use in the house.

Morgat is a small seaside resort at the very end of Brittany, offering sumptuous panoramas, 120km of coastal paths and water sports activities for a superb holiday with family or friends.

You'll be a 5-minute walk from the beach, water sports centre, shops, numerous restaurants and the GR34 hiking trail to Cap de la Chèvre.

Close to the surf beaches of La Palue, Lostmarc'h, Goulien, and the sites of Cap de la Chèvre, Pointe de Dinan, Pointe de Pen-Hir...

Arrival and departure on Saturdays.

In addition to the rental charge, you will be billed for the charges detailed below:

Electricity: 0.20 €/kW

Heating is oil-fired and is included in the rates from November to early April.

Final cleaning: 100 Euros (compulsory)

Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed

Perfect location for family holiday
We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a great house with a splendid location and a very well equipped kitchen. Perfectly suited to spend the days at the beaches and long summer evenings with the whole family outside having a barbecue with fresh fish and sea food from the local market.

Erwan est arrangeant et chaleureux. Et la maison était tellement bien placée, au-dessus de l’anse de Morgat. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités et ustensiles de cuisine pour s’y sentir immédiatement chez soi. Sans parler du coquet jardin où nous avons pu manger tous les jours. Un séjour parfait.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus, das nicht zuletzt durch seine hervorragende Lage besticht. In 2. Reihe ruhig am Wanderweg gelegen, dennoch in 5 min am Strand. Den Garten haben wir mit seinen schattigen Plätzen auch sehr genossen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Perfekt - wir haben es sehr genossen. Schnell zu Fuß am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar und viel Restaurants zur Auswahl. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier 😀

Ein modern eingerichtetes Domizil für schöne Tage in der Bretagne. Ortsnah und doch ruhig gelegen direkt am Wanderweg GR34. Großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand bzw. am Hafen.

Superbe maison avec vue sur la mer
Tres beau séjour dans cette charmante maison rénovée avec goût et fonctionnelle. Un grand jardin clos pour que les enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité et la vue mer de plusieurs pièces ! Le tout à 200 m du port et de ses activités mais sans en avoir le bruit. Parfait ! On n entend que les randonneurs qui passent sur le GR 34 devant la maison...

In der Natur und zentral
Es ist ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein wunderbarer Garten und toll ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Am Ortsrand direkt in der Natur kann man die Ruhe genießen. Und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten am Strand und im kleinen Zentrum von Morgat, dort gibt es Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker und so weiter.Das Haus ist wirklich ein toller Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
