"This hotel is in a good location in the town centre of Belfast. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful,and customer focused. The hotel provided a beautiful breakfast, the rooms are a high standard. The manager Jamie was very flexibile to customer needs."

"The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay in Belfast Very central & close to all amenities. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist with everything (even booking a taxi for us & asking how our meal was the next day!) The one small thing (which is nothing to do with the hotel was when booked the Expedia offer definitely said breakfast was included (and it wasnt) I should have screen shotted it but I didn’t! Apart from this, I would highly recommend if visiting Belfast. "

"Fantastic stay from start to finish. A special thanks to the lady on reception who went the extra mile for us during our stay - checking us in early when we arrived first thing to drop our bags off and booking us a taxi to the airport the next day. Great location, room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was okay but worth noting that only the cereal and toast were buffet style everything else was made to order. "
