The space
Master down stairs has King bed. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry. Screened porch off the master. Upstairs is a bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom. There is also a Loft with two twin beds and double bed futon. Outside is a large covered porch and then an open deck with outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen area, outdoor shower and hot tub. There is also an open yard space with a fire pit and room to play games like corn hole and horseshoes. There are staircases to the river
