Great location and beautiful interior
Great floor plan, open family room, laundry room and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Suggest putting a king size bed in the guest bedroom. Nicely appointed appliances and dishes. Good gym and outdoor bbq area. Good location to hike from out the door. Conveniently located, however there is road noise when sitting on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Crystal Bay Unit-Gorgeous
The unit was gorgeous, very well put together. The only issue was you couldn't have the windows or slider open to enjoy the fresh air because of the street noise.The jacuzzi could have used some love as it was a bit milky looking by Monday night.

Invasive Owner/manager
Cameras were everywhere, no privacy and HOA rules made common areas unusable. Highly recommended staying anywhere else. We got a call day two from Sun Bear Realty who was the property manager for this rental accusing us of using the hot tub after hours and leaving the hot tub uncovered when we had never used it. Found out later that the hot tub cover was inoperable and the HOA was too cheap to fix it, but not shy about blaming it on short term guests they knew had checked in. I asked for an immediate refund and told them we’d find somewhere else to stay, I will not tolerate them violating the contract day two and making false allegations. Multiple families at the complex and I guess that’s how they treat their guests. Pretty poor in my opinion.
