Charming Waterfront Condo in Crystal River, Florida with pool!

Situated in the picturesque Crystal River, renowned for its crystal-clear springs and abundant wildlife, this charming waterfront condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking natural beauty, making it an ideal choice for your stay.

Bring your boat and dock it in our private canal directly adjacent to Crystal River or rent one from the commercial marina 1/4 mile down the road. Fishing, Manatees, and Scalloping are all at your fingertips.

Take a left out of our canal and be on the Gulf of Mexico in 2 miles or take a right and, in less than 2 miles, be in the middle of the Manatee Capital of the World, King’s Bay.

Enter through the front door into the open concept living room and kitchen. To the left you have the fully equiped kitchen complete with all necessities to cook your favorite meals including pots and pans, utensils and cookware, cutting boards, air fryer, and coffee maker. Coming out of the kitchen you have a half bath, across from the laundry washer and dryer.

The living room is bright and airy with a comfortable sofa (with pull out full bed), across from the Smart TV, which has basic cable channels and High speed internet. Next you have a circular dining table which seats 4 comfortably. Behind the dining room table are two sliding glass doors which open to the back deck with outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and canal.

Walking back inside you will find a spiral staircase, which leads to the upstairs accommodations. Here you will find a comfortable king sized bed with night stands on both sides of the bed, and power outlets for your chargers. Across from the king is a comfortable twin bed. Continuing past the King bed leads to two closets and the full bathroom. The bathroom has a standard walk in shower with glass door.

Great intimate getaway for the outdoor minded couple and guests.

Boat dockage is included with rental and can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length. Boat trailer parking also available on site.

This was a perfect stay for us. I traveled with my husband and our 2 kids (16 and 13). This is a great location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. We liked having the pool to come back to after a day at the beach or kayaking. Condo is spotless and well stocked with everything you might need while away. Convenient location for shopping/restaurants/springs and just a quick drive to Fort Island Gulf Beach.

Lovely stay in Crystal River
We rented for two weeks and had a lovely stay. The condo is clean, quiet, spacious and has all the commodities. The owner was very responsive when we had to contact him. We were lucky enough to see a mother manatee and baby right in front of the property and witness beautiful sunsets.

What a great place to stay near Crystal River! Had the pool all to ourselves at 84 degrees. Awesome! Place was so quiet and 5 min from watching Florida sunset. 15 minutes from Crystal River kayaking. Manatee on Kings Bay. Place is well stocked. Same cost as the hotels! Stay here instead!

Nice Retreat
Everything was as pictured. I loved the location. Close enough to restaurants, near the boat ramp/bait shops but very private stay. The few people we encountered while at the property were nice. Very quiet setting and exactly the type of escape my husband and I were looking for. Condo was very clean & hosts made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Checking in/out was a breeze as you did not have to go to an office.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Tom’s place in Crystal River. We like to fish so the location is perfect for that. I can’t say enough nice things about this property, easy to tell the owner takes care of it. We had a nice stay at the property over looking the water. It’s not far from town. The property is in a quiet area with nature all around, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is that the couch has a distinct odor. No big deal for me.

Cozy comfort in crystal river
The community is very peaceful and clean. You can tell that the year long residents really take pride in their little slice of heaven. The home was stocked appropriately and a good size for three plus a dog. We enjoyed using the pool and the proximity to the beach and other parks in the area. Try shrimp landing right down the street for some great peel and eat. We look forward to returning!

Thanks for a great stay!
The property is exactly as advertised. Things are in good condition and well supplied with what you'll need for a comfortable stay. It is located about 5 miles from the main part of town, which has its advantages and disadvantages. The walls are thin, and the properties are close together, so while no one in the complex is obnoxiously loud, sound does travel easily between properties.

Weekend girls' getaway
My daughter and her friend and her friend's mother were looking for a short getaway to include springs, fun, yummy food and chill time. The setting was unique and beautiful, the pool refreshing, the place was well stocked and super comfortable. It felt out of the way yet five minutes to stores and ten minutes to yummy restaurants. We swam in the pool, sat out on the porch and kayaked nearby. We enjoyed every minute and were only disappointed we could stay one night! Thanks for the relaxing, easy time!
