-Three cars can park in the driveway. Boats, RVs, kayaks, and jet skis are permitted to park at the property.


-There is a paid boat ramp across the street owned by Water Sport Marina. 


-The King Bay Area is 5mins away from the house. You can go fishing, kayak rentals and  boat tours. 


-There is one camera overlooking the garage.
